I made a claim on 6/10/10 for scratches to my table. A technician called on 19/10 but was unable to resolve it and said he would report this back and somebody would contact me. By 2/11 I had heard nothing, so contacted Valspar, who said they would contact me within 5 working days.

On 15/11, I rang them again as I had heard nothing! They promised to call me back "today or tomorrow". I phoned on 18/11 & the upshot was that a technician would collect the table for repair and would be in contact to arrange a date.

I have made 5 calls, the latest today after a msg was left yesterday afternoon promising me that the technician would call that afternoon- surprise, surprise he didn't.

After being told today that someone would call me within 48 hrs, I have all but lost the will to live! I am sick of wasting time & money on the phone and don't think I have ever encountered customer service as poor as that I have been given by Valspar!!
